Healthy Homes Assessment & Certification

- A Healthy Homes Assessment is carried out to check compliance with the Healthy Homes standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress & and drainage, and draught stopping in rental properties.
- A Healthy Homes Assessment Report and Certification will be will be provided. Areas that need to be adressed will be indentified If the inspected property is not compliant with the standards. The Healthy Homes Assessment Report can be used by Landlords and Property Managers to complete the Compliance Statements (current level of compliance with the healthy homes standards) for rental properties
- The Price is exclusive of GST

HomeFit Assessment and Certification

- NZ$190 Reduced to $179+GST
- An independent HomeFit professional will come to your home and assess how warm, dry and healthy it is. If it meets the standard, you’ll get a HomeFit stamp – so you can be sure the home is fit for your family.
- A HomeFit rating also gives buyers and renters confidence that a home meets ventilation, insulation, heating and energy efficiency standards, and gives landlords peace of mind that they’re meeting their obligations too.
- A Property Report will be provided.
- Price includes HomeFit Certification/submission fee (payable to the NZGBC) and is exclusive of GST
